Penelope COOK (b. 1857 Columbus County, NC) married Jesse ELLIS (b. abt. Jul 1850 in SC) and had children Estelle (b. Oct 1889), Jesse Baxton (b. 14 Oct. 1890) & Leila Gertrude (b. 20>Aug 1892). Family lived in Bulloch County, Georgia by 1900. Penelope's parents are Malcom (b. abt. Jun 1929) and Mason (b. abt. Apr 1840) COOK of Columbus County, North Carolina. Malcom's parents are Young B.
