Charles BAXTER, born 1839, married Clarissa Emeline ELLIS . Clarissa died in 1892. Charles and Clarissa had two children. Charles had a number of children with his first wife Elizabeth: Wiliam, Nettie, Edwin, Lewis, Alice, Elsie, Nancy and Jesse. They lived in Mercer County, Missouri.
