Hi everyone, We're trying to find the family and parents of Lucinda (Lucy?) ELLIS who was born in Tennessee about 1827 and married William C. PHILLIPS about 1848 in Tennessee perhaps in McNairy County. They had at least one child, Robert Carroll, who was born 6 Mar 1849 in McNairy. William died before 1905 in Tennessee. Later Robert moved to Texas. What happened to Lucinda, who were her parents and siblings? We would sure appreciate hearing from anyone who might be able to make the connection with us!
