    3. I'm new to the Ellis surname and am wondering if someone out there may be of help. I have been doing Washburn research for a few years and have discovered my G Grandmother was an Ellis. I'll give what info I have and then hope someone may be of help. Edward T. and Anna T. (Gray) Ellis show up on the 1870 Federal Cencus for Bangor, Maine. Both are listed as being 27 years of age. Per a marriage cirtificate of one of their daughters, Edward was born in Liverpool, Eng. and Anna was born in London, Eng. The info I have on their children are as follows; George E. Ellis, b.circa 1861, not sure if in Bangor, may have married a Catherine as they both show up with Anna on a 11/1883 probated will for Edward, further documents dated 11/23/1883 indicate that George died that same month. John F. Ellis, b.10/30/1866 Bangor,Me. m.? d.? Daisy Ellis, (my GGrandmother), b.9/7/1870 Bangor,Me m1, Thomas F.Washburn 3/18/1888 Bangor,Me, m2, Hedley Parker 9/7/1903 Brewer, Me, m3, William Bridger 2/14/1914 Boston, Ma. Daisy died as Marguerite Bridger 6/1946, Boston, Ma. (After the death of my GGrandfather she kept one son George, and gave her other son Alfred, my Grandfather, up for adoption to a Washburn family member.) Mary Ellis, b. 4/9/1875, m.? d.? Based on the probated will for Edward in 1883 the family then lived next door to Bangor, in Hampden, Me. I'd love to know more about this family, anyother descendants, etc. The fruit of my search would be a picture of Daisy. But any information would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help. Best Regards, Rick Washburn Georgetown, Ma.
