Hi Listers, could SKS with access to the '91 please see if they could find my great grandfather, William James George Ellis possibly still married to Eliza, if she hadn't died by then, and living at either Albion Street, Fink Hill Street, possibly number 24, as that's where he was living when he married his second wife in '96 or Brewitt's Yard which was off Albion Street.
