My great grandfather's death certificate lists Nancy Ellis and Benjamin Hudson as his parents. My great grandfather was born in 1838. I haven't been able to find any info on my Nancy and Benjamin. The LDS have a record of a marriage between a Nancy Ellis, born 1778 in Fauquier Co, Virginia, daughter of Gearmon Ellis and Edith Harper and a Benjamin Hudson born about 1776 of, Virginia who were married about 1810 in Kentucky but doing the Math, Nancy would have been 60 years when she gave birth to my great grandfather!
