Hi All, My "brickwall" is my g.grandfather, Thomas Ellis. He m. Mary Catherine Martin 8Jan 1881 in Jackson Co., Ohio. They had four children who lived to adulthood:Charles Edgar Ellis m. Nancy Walters, Ida Ellis m. Andrew Smiley, Elma Ellis m. Harvey Huston, and Elmas twin, Thomas Henry Ellis m. Blanche Snyder. As afr as I know, these children were all born in Murray City,Ohio. Thomas and Elma were b. in 1891. Their mother, Mary Catherine d. in 1892. By 1901, Thomas was remarried to Sarah Elizabeth Scott Morrison, a widow with a dau Polly. Have no idea when or where Thomas died. Who his parents were or siblings,etc. Any help greatly appreciated; hate to go to my grave thinking great-grandfather was a horse-thief! Paulette
