Hello: I have searched for years on info about my GG grandfather Thomas Ellis and his wife Frances Fannie Ingle. All I know is Thomas Ellis was born around 1860 +/- and one of their sons was named John Ellis. John was born in 1885. I descend from this son John. .... It is thought that they lived in Missouri and Mississippi and Marion Co. Alabama. They both died in Alabama. I can not find out any info about how my Ellis line arrived in America, or who Thomas's parents are. I have wondered if Thomas came to America from somewhere else.
