Hi Listers, I am fairly new to this list, in that I was not sending but checking the entries. Is there anyone on list that might be searching for the following Ellis's. THOMAS ELLIS JOHN " WILLIAM " GEORGE " These brothers came from Yorkshire, England about 179?-1806. They settled in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. One of the brothers either WILLIAM or GEORGE drowned shortly after arriving. THOMAS married MARY JONES, (whom I think was born in New Jersey, U.S.A) at St. James Church, Toronto, Ontario on March 26, 1809. JOHN married HANNAH STONER at the same church on December 30, 1816. I have and am still searching for their parents. To date I have been unable to locate the parents names. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Regards, Gloria ' WILLIAM GEORGE
