Does anyone know of a Charles F. Elliott frokm Hampton, Virginia? He provided information for a 1974 Newport News, Virginia newspaper article on the Elliott Family. He was researching Elliotts of the Fox Hill area of Elizabeth City County (now Hampton), Virginia. Thanks, Scott
