I don't have much information about James Edward Elliott other than he was born in Oklahoma about 1912 or 1913 and was one of 25 children. He was part Cherokee. He married Margaret A. Merrill and they lived in California and had one son. He left when the son very small (5 or 6) and that's the last they heard from him. He used to drive truck and play Country/Western music in bars.
