One was the son of Isaac & Rachel Elliott, born NY abt 1880 and the other was his son WHE, Jr born abt 1916 NY. They were in Rockville Center, Nassau, NY in 1930. These are probably not the one you are looking for, however, I was wondering if perhaps yours is the younger brother (or some other relation) of Isaac who was born in N Ireland 1885, but immigrated with his parents - both born IRE - to NY as a baby.
