My 3rd gr. grandfather, George Elliott, whose wife's mother was a Preston, came from Ireland in 1792 and married Eliz. Henry in Mifflin Co. Pa. in 1806, later settling in Clarion, Co. Pa. The Henry's are said to have come from Chester, Co. so perhaps the Preston's came from there also.
