My Elliotts came from Stark County, OH, about 1843. Thomas Elliott, my GGGgrandfather, is on the 1850 and succeeding census for Elkhart County, IN. Thomas had a son Charles, but he was born about 1843, when they migrated. In fact, my Ggrandfather, father and I are all Charles. It is thought that my Thomas might have had a brother named Charles, but I have no info on him. I would be interested to exchange info on our Indiana Elliotts.
