I have a family found in the 1850-1860 Census records for Carbon County (Mauch Chunk Township), Pennsylvania, that is my great grandmother's. William and Catherine ELLIOTT, Summit Hill, PA, were the parents of Margaret Ann "Annie" Elliott, born January 1851 in Summit Hill, PA. Annie married John NIHEN, c. 1878.
