There was another William Elliot Living in Campbell Co in 1810 plus several Elliotts living there also in 1810 some with family members not born in the U.S.A. Don't know what good it will do us but, at least, it confirms that other Elliott lived there. I just can't believe we can't find more info on William Joseph.
