I've not followed the entire string so I am uncertain what we're looking for, but I do have an Andrew LaBaume Elliott (1859-1934) both in TX. He was the son of Doctor LaBaume Elliott and Frances Ann Burnett. He was married to Lucy Ethel Barnes in 1889.
