Gauge Elliot b 26 Sept 1804 died 15 Aug 1841 married Margaret Clapper b 1805 died 14 Nov 1869. Son was George Elliot b 8 Mar 1830 in NY, marr. Jane Elisabeth McKevitt 4 Jul 1853 in NY. She was born i853 (I believe an Irish immigrant but I cannot prove it yet). I know of six children, but a source from the 1930's claims there were 9 children. They were George James, 27 Aug 18 1854, Susie HB 30 Mar 1857, Elizabeth G, Sept 2, 1860, Kittie J. 13 Mar 1862, died 28 Nov 1862. Mary J b. 13 Oct 1863, Flora Louise, b. apr 3 1866, Jerome Warren, b. 13 Jun 1871, died 31 Aug 1872. Warren b. 17 Jun 1874 and Gordon H. b. 3 Feb 1877. Gordon was my grandfather.
