I am also looking for information on him, as he was not the biological child of William and Grace, but I have not been able to find his birth parents either. The earliest record I can find for William Eugene Elliott is living in Pontiac, MI in 1917. By 1930 he was in IL, listing Grace as his wife and Eugene as his son. Any help is much appreciated!
