You were in Borneo at the time. I'm descended from William's sister Mary who came to Australia in 1855. I've just stumbled across an 1821 Census for Drumduff in Fermanagh which has an Andrew ELLIOTT, aged 15 with parents & siblings that match his own children's names - Mary, James, Jane, Thomas, William & George. I'm all but certain it's our family.
