Her parents: Bice Elliot Mary Elliot I'm wondering if anyone here might have information on her parents. I don't know their date of birth/death nor their parents. All I do know is they must have lived around NC in the 1880's due to Belle having been born in 1882. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
