His name wasn't ELLIOTT or WEBB, but GEORGE. I found his other siblings (GEORGE) living with other known relatives in Philadelphia. Don't know why he's with the ELLIOTT family and was wondering if maybe young Samuel's wife, Mary E., or maybe his mother, Caroline, could be a relative of the GEORGEs, HORTONs, WHITEMANs, CHRISSYs, or WARRENs, who are known relatives.
