Legatees are his wife Judith Elliott, son Robert D. Elliott. Executors were George Gresham, Thomas Taylor, Thomas Flint. Witnesses were David F. Davenport, Burges Brown, Alexander Hazard. My interest is in identifying Thomas Taylor and his family. Judith may have been Judith Davis who married Alexander Elliott on 17 June 1779 in Lancaster Co, Virginia.
