My father was the first. His father was Samuel "Sambo" Elliott. Dads mother was a Gallagher. I am related to most Elliotts in the Boston area, most Gallaghers, most O'callaghans on my mothers side, and just recently found out that we are, on moms side, related the "Rolph's" of the Pocahantaus blood line. Moms mother was a Rolph. We moved from Chelsea, Mass to Kokomo, Indiana about 1952. Hope this information helps those that are looking for Elliott's.
