Brenda.. Please don't let the remarks of one person, who is obviously a legend in his own mind, discourage you from doing your research. There are a lot of good people out there who are more than happy to help in your quest to find your ancestry. We have all started somewhere in finding our ancestors. At times, it is discouraging but it is also rewarding. I have found ancestors that were in the Revolutionary War, Civil War, lawyers, an ancestor who founded a town in Missouri and my gg grandfather donated land in Iowa for a cemetery where many of mine family is buried. Post your grandmothers name and any other information that you have on her and hopefully, someone can help. Take care.. Tom Elliott
