Lewis Elliott (abt. 1755?), married Nancy Wright 1773, in Fauquier Co, VA/Surry Co, NC. I'm GUESSING Lewis was son or other close relative of your Ann Lewis Elliott. Much like the Elliott children, Capt. John & Ann Williams Wright's eighteen "children" scattered around the time the head of the family died (30 Oct 1789). Some of the Wrights went to GA, TN, AL, and OH, but the largest group went to the land sales at Madison County, AT, as Alabama was just opening up the Chickasaw lands above the Tennessee River..We THINK Nancy & Lewis Elliott went to Madison County, but their names haven't appeared there yet.
