M Clark also my interest of the following described lot of Land being the one fourth part owned by me as partner in Common with Norman Curtis of Medina County Ohio reference being had to a Receipt & certificate among my papers from under the hand of P Curtis dated "Wadsworth Sept. 21, 1836 which sd. land was Entered at Monroe Michigan in 1834 by Ambrose P Cook & is more particularly described as lying about Eighteen Miles from Perrysburgh on the Maumee River being in a westerly direction therefrom it being the S.W. Qr. of the N.W.Qr & N.W.Qr of the S.W.Qr of Section Six in township ten South of Range five East containing one hundred & two acres. all of which I give & bequeath as aforesaid to my Said wife Laura Ann and her heirs & assigns to be absolutely holden by her & to be at her Entire disposal without reservation or Condition Item Third I hereby nominate & appoint my beloved wife Laura Ann the guardian of my two infant children Caroline Elliott & Maryann Elliott to rear, Educate & provide for as in her judgement she may deem most proper Item Fourth I hereby nominate & appoint George Palmer of the township of Norton in the County of Medina, Ohio as my Executor in Conjunction with my Said Wife Laura Ann who together will dispose of, settle up & arrange all my affairs temporal according to the tenor of this my Last will & Testament or in relation to the matters not herein foresaid & for as they may in their Judgement deem most prudent.
