Hugh Elliott Nancy Elliott James Elliott George N? Elliott and John Elliott My Executors however shall charge my son Hugh Elliott the the principal and interest of one hundred dollars borrowed of John Elliott some time in the spring or summer of AD 1836 by myself and son Hugh and consider it as so much money paid to said Hugh. 4th I hereby appoint my beloved Wife Jane Elliott and Son Hugh Elliott Guardians of my three miner sons James Elliott George N.
