First. I give and bequeath to my Brother Reuben Elliott one third of my interest legal and equitable in and to Seventy four acres of land lying in the county and State aforesaid, and being a part of the South East quarter of Section No five of Range eighteen of Township eighteen. 2nd. I give and bequeath the remaining part of my interest in the aforesaid real estate to my Brother Upton Elliott My Brothersinlaws John Wright and Job Palmer, to be equally divided among them Share and Share alike. Whatever of personal property & possess. it is my will and desire that it should be applyed in the payment of my last sickness and funeral and if there should be any ballance left, I give and bequeath the same to my Mother Margaret Elliott And lastly I constitute and appoint my Brother Reuben Elliott my Executor to this my last will and testament.
