Looking for my G- Looking for my G-GF, Nathan (Alexander) Elliot/t, b: 1834, Belmont Co., Ohio, (?), s/o William & Mary Elliot. (Listed on Nathan's death certificate.) William supposedly born in German. Nathan died May 10, 1891, Cabin Creek, WV. He married Anne Elizabeth Whittington, June 10, 1863, Kanawha Co., WV. Anne was born 1841, Jefferson Co., VA/WV, d/o Francis Asbury & Mary Catherine Anderson Whittington. They apparently traveled to & from PA, as 4 of their children were born there. Elliot's found in PA with names same as their children. Could be brothers or relatives of William. There has to be someone out there that is kin. I honestly don't believe William nor his son, Nathan, were only children. Please can anyone help?? Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any info or help you possibly can give.
