This message is printed on the back of the photo : "Ray Elliott, Stolen from Marengo, Iowa, May 12th, 1893. Found at Waterloo, Iowa, July 19th, 1894, after an absence from home 14 months and 7 days. NOTICE. The money obtained from the sale of these pictures to be used for the benefit of the boy RAY ELLIOTT." There are also photos of a family named White, a girl named Jennie White, and a funeral card for a Winy Gerald White who died when he was 2 years old. There is also a photo of an infant, and on the back it says Henry Green, age 3 months. The photos all seem to be taken in Iowa, particularly Washington, Iowa. Anyone recognize this family?
