I'm looking for information on Richard J. Eliot who was married in 1793 in Kent, Litchfield, Connecticut to a Joanne Hill. I know they had one son Horace Eliot born June 11, 1802 in Kent, Portage, Ohio. This son Horace was married to Isabella Rose Justice on March 1, 1831 in Poland, Mahoning County, Ohio. they may have had a least one son named John born February 2, 1835 in Poland, Mahoning County, Ohio. I am looking for information about James Elliott.He is my gg grandfather.I know that he married a Martha Martin. Other than the fact that he had a daughter named Ida Florence who married William L. Wilson.He also had at least one son who died in the Fratersville mine explosion in Tennessee.The date of the mining accident was May 1902. This is all of the information that I have.
