Hello everyone! I'm hoping that someone out there can help me. I'm trying to find information on my 3rd great-grandmother, Mary Elliott. I have almost no information on her but I hope that someone has something on her. Here's what I know: Mary ELLIOTT born (abt 1840-1845?) in England; married to William ASTLEY who was also born (abt 1840-1845?) in England. Mary and William had at least 2 children: - Eliza Annie ASTLEY (my great-great grandmother) born July 10, 1868 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England; died November 13, 1933 in Lumber, Cameron, Pennsylvania; married to Henry James PILKINGTON on December 1, 1884 in Padiham, Lancashire, England. - Maurice ASTLEY born in England. Lived in Southern California until his death. The only reason that I know Mary & William's names is because they are on Eliza's death certificate. His father, Stephen Elliott was b in 1790 in NC and married an Elizabeth (name unknown) in Warren Co. TN on 2/13/1811. She was born in Virginia in 1785 and d. 12/28/1875. Any help?

Her father's name was Anthony Elliott and her mother's maiden name may have been Hughes (both born in England). Hannah had at least one brother John Elliott as well as a sister who married a Cleary. Hannah married a Smith who supposedly was a sea captain and died at sea and they had one child, William. Hannah married again to my ggrandfather Edmond James Wall in Victoria BC in February 1876. They had 5 children includingmy grandfather Thomas George Wall in 1878.
