I received some additional information from a cousin probably not too long after I posted this thread originally, and also from my Grandfather probably later that year. The Wm. Hamilton Elliott I was looking for was apparently born 1866. It was actually in N. Ireland though. He had four sisters, Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, and Rachel - who may have died young. William's father was John, born 1833 in N. Ireland, married Lucinda Irwin, I believe. It's tough to read the diagram, but John may have had a number of brothers and sisters, the surviving ones being Jane, Margaret, Ann, Rebecca, Mary, and Rachel, all born between 1820 and 1838. John's father was another William, apparently married to Margaret Mitchell, who may have had at least two brothers John and Hamilton. I assume he would have been born c. 1800. That's as far back as I have for this line, I believe.
