Hi All, Whilst working on the 1891 census I came across an unusual man who I cannot place in any family, at the moment. John F. Elkington born 1866 West Indies Lieutenant Tower of London He does not seem to be in later censuses, and because I cannot find his birth parents at the moment, I cannot place him.
