Hi, Thank you to all the people who have replied. This has been a difficult family to tie up because Charles William Elkington from Northampton married Emily Mary Elkington from Birmingham, his distant cousin. Unfortunately, the problem doesn't die there because they had eight children with Emily Mary dying at or shortly after, the birth of Samuel. The eight children were all baptised at St.Philips. Birmingham according to the IGI but they are very difficult to find in the census. Most of the names are gleaned from the census and only a few appear each time and not altogether. At least I have finally found Warrington and have his family if anyone is interested. His father was C harles's brother. I have got as far as the 1911 census with several branches and if the person looking for Alan Durham Elkington would like to contact me, I now have all the details.
