I had forgotton that she married her cousin. However, its the queer distribution of children which puzzles me with some relatives claiming a wrong relationship. They are never all together at any one time except 1871 after mother's death and then not all of them although I found a few I didn't know about. The mother may not have beemn a strong person and as she died at the time of the birth of Samuel perhaps that is why.
