Hi, I am trying to sort out this family but keep hitting a bit of a brick wall. The Tree runs like this then I suddenly have a gap which is only continued through the a son for several generations. Thomas Elkington b.1815 in Rugby, Warwicks. He married Martha Gibson b.1821 in Bethnal Green, London They married in 11 Feb 1839 in Bow, London [this is correct] They seem to have at least four children called Charles b.Dec.1839, John [William] b.1842, Elizabeth Mary b.1845, Tom, [Thomas and/or Samuel], b.1847 all in Bethnal Green who died 5 Aug 1897 in Poplar, London. I think there are more children but I cannot find them. The tree continues through the last child Tom who married Emily Cluett but I have not been able to trace anyone in the 1841 or 1851 census.
