Oh I say how frightfully posh! I always thought I was... You may have seen on my Elkington tree, that my mother had to give birth to a stillborn baby boy, in 1950. In those days babies who were born already dead, werent even acknowledged as having existed at all, an issue which I think poor mum never really got over. So I have included him on our trees, as I believe, through my Faith, that even though he did not draw breath in this world, he of course existed, and still does indeed, forever in the next world, and I will meet him one day. Dad told me that his firstborn boy would always have been.... William!! Hope no one finds this bizarre or upsets anyone, its just my way of paying my respects to my Big Brother. Thanks Judy. Only two problems with grand children aged 11 and 12. The first is getting them into bed at night. The second is getting them up in the morning. Hi John, I have another child for Joseph Patmore's family called Harry Hall Elkington born in 1851. I forgot to put the source down which I usually do, so I am not sure how I found him. I have looked at FreeBMD and he is not mentioned there so he maybe a mistake on my part. Your advice would be gratefully received. Kind Regards Judy.
Hi John, I have another child called Harry Hall Elkington born Jan 1851 in London. He does appear in subsequent censuses. Could this be an error? I can't see where I found him but presumed as there was already a Henry they had him named Harry Hall Elkington. Kind Regards Judy.
Thank you Bryan, A very kind message. I shall endeavour to do my best. Kind Regards Judy.
