    2. REMEMBER Christina Rossetti Remember me when I am gone away, Gone far away into the silent land; When you can no more hold me by the hand, Nor I half turn to go, yet turning stay. Remember me when no more day by day, You tell me of our future that you planned: Only remember me, you understand It will be to late to counsel then or pray. Yet if you should forget me for a while And afterwards remember, do not grieve: For if the darkness and corruption leave A vestige of the thoughts that once I had, Better by far you should forget and smile Than you should remember and be sad.

    3. Hi Judy, Thought I could add from our record, as exchanged with AEHE, but some corrections could go either way. David 1874; married Georgina Harriet Wakefield, dau of John McCombie, which is why our tree shows the McC name as it was unclear if 'Wakefield' was a married name, was she a widow? David is listed as proprietor of Ibex Lodge Coffee and Tea estates. Resident at Ibex Lodge Coonoor S. India. Retired to12 South Eaton Place London. No Issue. David's nephew; Laurence Garret, born Jan 15, 1896 Educated Bromsgrove and RN college Dartmouth, retired from Navy and became Mgr of Nilgiri Tea estates S. India. Rejoined Navy 1939 and invalided served Scotland and Iceland, Lt. Commander Married Phyllis Vans-Agnew 14 Jan 1925, in India. In 1954 they were living in Exmouth. Laurence and Phyllis eldest David Hyla b. Aug 31 1926, Bedford school, Elec Engineer. Married in Durban, returned to Eng, and subsequently they moved to Argentina, having 5 shildren between Eng and Argentina. (Rochford Essex, Gillingham Kent) So, some differences and / or additions to information.
