Dear Listers I too am researching ELDRIDGES. Mine are from the OXFORDSHIRE in the UK area prior to about 1860 then London. In Oxford I am stuck about 1750 I have some possiblities but am unable to tie them together. I have a huge gap from 1851 Charles William ELDRIDGE birth in Bicester, until 1971 his marriage in London to Rachel BULLOCK. They had 4 children George James (my great grandfather) born 1872, Fanny and Charles born 1874 and Hellen born 1877. Anyone interested in the same area? I'd love to make contact.
