All of these people were born in and to my knowledge never left Sussex with one exception. William George Eldridge bpt 19/5/1878 at Hooe , Sussex ,England. Married Elizabeth Jane Burt in 1902 ( my G/parents ) Alfred Henry , aka Harry , Eldridge b 22/8/1880 at Pett , Sussex Married Edith Mary Smith (1 ) Annie ------- (2) Jesse Eldridge bpt 25/2/1883 2 sons - lived at Sandhurst , Kent Esther Anna Eldridge bpt 22/2/1885 married Peter------ 4 or 5 children Lived at Paddington, London. James Edward Eldridge bpt 31/7/1887 Emmigrated to Australia abt 1913, Served in Aust. Army 1914-1918. Rose Catherine Eldridge bpt 27/10/1889 married William Mepham Thomas Fredrick Eldridge bpt 24/4/1892 George Augustus Eldridge aka Buster bpt 23/6/1895 Marguerite Ellen Eldridge bpt 8/1/1899 Died in infancy.
