Nelson, There is a Morgan County marriage of an Eli ELAM to Mahala PERKINS May 29, 1886 and also an Eli ELAM to Olive J. WILSON October 5, 1897. Are either of these the right person? I don't have any other information on the marriages other than that. Maybe the original of the marriage certificate would give further information. Hope this helps.
