This is a question for Barry Michie: You mentioned Elizabeth Scott Farguson Elam Nunnally, and I was just wondering if instead of "Farguson" the name could possibly be "Ferguson"? My records show in Deed Bk. 1, Amelia Co. where Richard Walthal gives 300 acres to his son William, and one of the witnesses is a John Ferguson.
