Hi all, I will be visiting Mecklenburg county later this summer and I would like to know if anyone knows where the Joel Elam clan is buried and the location of where they lived? They seemed to be in the area of the Middle Bluestone Creek along Irby's branch but I have not discovered where exactly that place is. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who might know the burial sites of this family as well as where the original settlement might have been.
