Elam. . .Note that the "e" in the middle was not added until the next generation--David Eleam. Willis and Sarah's mother, Mrs. Elam, according to old letters in my family, is believed to have been a Vaughn. I'm not sure if I know you or not, but you no doubt know my good friends, Martha and Woodrow Eleam in Summerville.
