I don't even remember what the spelling was of the first time I found the ancestor. I found several spellings: Eignor, Agender, Agner, Eigern or something. I settled on Agner because that is what the present-day people in the book used. I think I looked on the net in Switchboard or something. When I looked on Rootsweb I don't know what I found, I just found you. To answer your question, I really don't know. I don't know how prevalent the names are.
