Daisy is definitely their oldest child,my grandfather's sister. I notice that she is not on the 1900 census. She may have been married by then. and of course, the 1880 fed. census is missing. So I don't know her exact birthdate, only that she was the oldest. The next oldest child was Mary, born abt.1886. Then Lee b. abt. 1887. Then Rufus b. abt.1890, Earl b.abt.1893, and Andrew, my grandfather, B. abt.1885, and Dona b. abt. 1899. Daisy is a common nickname for Margaret. All our family called her Daisy. We could bever find a birth certificatd for my grandfather. The family record lists Daisy as married to Billy (Can/t read the handwriting very well) Shears? Not sure She had 20 children, the family record says, but their names aren't listed. I have the the other siblings offsprings names, but not hers. I haven't checked the more recent census for them. I need to re-check with elderly cousin and seeing if she can remember who Daisy was married to. Are you related to the Wrights or the EGner's and how?
