Dear Tom I have a listing of John Edmondson of Talbot County Maryland properties. I will see if the Doncaster property is listed. John frequently did trades along with sales. I have not done a lot of research in this area yet, the EFAB takes a lot of my time in publishing. So you are looking at the Doncaster area in Eastern Maryland. I have a book that tells a little about Doncaster as one of the deserted towns in Maryland. A Richard Holland took possession of 700 acres from Mr. Edmondson, but I found no valuable consideration changing hands, ca. 1671. Then, I ran across the surname Doncaster in another area of interest. Can you help? Thanks for reading.
