Julia, I have NO idea! I was "told" we were not Cajun, but French direct from France (the Laborde's) and never anything about Spain (Carbo) so I am find all kinds of things my family didn't want to "share"! Now I AM finding all these "Cajuns".....and was told the other side was Irish....haven't found 1 drop of that yet! My Laborde's seemed to have a fascination with Bordelon women........my own cousin several times over by the Laborde's and Bordelon's!!!!!! Who knows!!!!
